The Giant Strawberry, a remarkable structure, towers at an impressive height of 14.5m and spans 8.5m in width. A winding staircase escorts visitors to the apex of this colossal strawberry. From this vantage point, visitors are treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of the Outeniqua Mountains, verdant strawberry fields, and the surrounding farm.

As for the construction process, it has been a journey since October 2020, involving numerous meetings with R.A.W. Projects, architects, and engineers. The Covid pandemic posed challenges, causing unfortunate delays, price hikes, and a shortage of steel. However, on 26 January 2022, the first components of the Giant Strawberry arrived at Redberry Farm, and assembly commenced shortly thereafter. By 14 April 2022, the Giant Strawberry structure stood as we see it today.
