Terms and Conditions for RAW Speed Service:

• Quotation Validity: Quotation is valid for 3 days.
• Acceptance Confirmation: Acceptance of the quotation confirms that sizes, material, thickness, and quantities are correct.
• File Requirements: Scale 1:1 DXF or DWG files must be supplied. The service does not include making up drawings.
• Deposit Requirement: 100% deposit is required for all COD accounts before the job commences.

• Minimum Charge: A minimum charge of R200.00 ex VAT applies to all work done.
• PO Number and POP: Work will only commence with a valid PO number supplied and proof of payment.
• Quotation Validity: This quotation must be viewed in its entirety. All part orders will be re-quoted.
• Liability Disclaimer: R.A.W. Projects will not be liable for any consequential losses due to circumstances out of our control.
• Interest on Overdue Accounts: 2% interest will be charged on overdue accounts monthly.
• Job Completion: Jobs will be ready for collection 24 hours after proof of payment has been received.
• 24-Hour Speed Service Orders: It is at the salesperson’s discretion whether the job qualifies for a 24-Hour Speed Service Order, considering quantities, material availability, bending intricacy, and QC inspections.
• Collection Only: RAW Speed Service is for collection only.
